FAQ

What is a Public Adjuster?
A public adjuster is a professional claims adjuster who advocates for the policyholder during the claim process. In short, the insurance company’s adjuster works for the company. The public adjuster works for you.

Why should I hire a Public Adjuster?
Public adjusters take the burden of the claim process off of your shoulders. The public adjuster navigates and negotiates your insurance claim for your best interest. The insurance company, at times, makes the claim process harder than it should be by underpaying or denying claims which rightfully should be paid per your policy. We make the insurance company fulfill the obligations of the insurance policy.

When can I get a Public Adjuster involved?
A public adjuster should get involved anytime from the moment that a loss occurs to three years after a claim was filed and the insurance company denied or underpaid the claim. You are able to re-open your insurance claim for up to three years. If there is more money to be had, we will advocate for you to maximize your claim payout.

How much does it cost me?
There are zero upfront costs to hire a public adjuster. We will adjust your claim and maximize your claim payout. We only get paid if you get paid.
